Club member and astrophotography buff Johan Retief took this stunning image and mailed it to us with the following details:-
“Tonight’s attempt turned into a bit of a lemon! The attached photo taken with camera in piggy-back, 200mm lens, F5.6, ISO 1600, 20 x 20 sec light frames and 10 x dark frames. Field of view approx 6º x 4º. Photos recorded in RAW format but processed in Nebulosity3 in .fit format.”
